Shipping Policy
All sales within Australia are subject to 10% GST. Shipping is flat rate. Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to process and ship. We do ship globally. Please note that shipping and handling fees do not include just the cost of the shipment or postage, there are other costs factored in such as packaging materials, insurance, labor, etc.
Please allow between 3 -7 days for delivery. All items are shipped with Australia Post Unless otherwise stated. Most items will require a signature. If no one is available to sign, the parcel will be returned to you local Post Office for you to collect. Larger items that are not postable through Australia Post will be sent with TNT. Please be advised, TNT will not deliver to PO Box addresses. You must give us a residential or business address where someone can sign for the parcel.
Customers outside of Australia, please note that your government might charge a duty or brokerage fee.We do not impose this fee, and we are not responsible for this fee. If you have any questions regarding duties or fees, please contact your governments official website.
International Buyers Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying
Return Policy
Exchanges on defective merchandise only, all returns must be authorized by Bluewire Automotive first. Any and all returns are subject to a 20% restock charge. Please note that Professional installation is recommended. Not all items will contain installation instructions. All exchanges must be made within 14 days.
