The vacuum pump used in our kit is a Rotary Vane style pump which is 60% quieter than the noisy “Piston Style” pumps on the market today.
The Elec-Vac series vacuum pump is also 30% more efficient giving you the required vacuum in less time which extends the life of the pump & makes your ride much more enjoyable.
Each pump is pre-wired and tested on the assembly line to assure a trouble-free and easy installation.
This is commonly used in street rods or rat rods that do not produce enough vacuum from the engine to run the brake booster also hi performance engines that needs a external vacuum pump.
Will work with your aftermarket accessories eg: Vacuum Pop up headlights, Vacuum Wipers, Vacuum Operated Roof. ATT:: but must have a cutoff/vac set point meter to save the motor from burning out.
